Acts as the advisor by providing well informed and appropriate advice to clients about where and when to travel based on their travelling needs.

Handles Outbound operational activities.
Build relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs.
Responsible for flight, travel insurance and accommodation arrangements.
Assists in Planning, assigning and supervising work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
