Objectives:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic & operational initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 


Responsibilities


Business and Strategy Alignment

Contribute to business priorities by defining an appropriate HR strategy, collaborating with leaders to identify priorities and build organizational capabilities, leadership behaviors, structures and processes. 


Culture and Engagement

Review and benchmark effective channels of communication for the employee group, supporting leaders to improve communication with their people. Facilitate discussions to identify where the employee experience and our value proposition are not aligned and recommend solutions or programmers to promote change improvements. Provide relevant people metrics to support actions and measure effectiveness. 


Leadership Coaching

Equip leaders to facilitate coaching within their teams. Review key business performance targets and their related people implications. Develop ideas and influence the direction setting to align the department with corporate values related to people management. 


Talent Development

Define talent needs, and support leaders to forecast and plan their workforce and talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy. Assist leaders in providing employees with development opportunities that align with current and future business requirements. Collaborate with colleagues in HR departments to deliver tailored solutions for the customer. 


Performance Culture

Define and drive improvements in performance culture in line with corporate principles, work with leaders to translate department strategic goals into meaningful outputs that contribute to business results. Coach and support management teams in their understanding and management of a high-performance culture for all employees.

 

Strategic Projects

Lead key projects, reviews, and initiatives to deliver change and improvements. Review and benchmark the internal and external environment, translating good practice into proposals that are aligned to HR and corporate goals.

 

HR Talent Development

Mentor, coach and provide feedback to support the development and align talent with the future capability needs for HR.


Performance Management & L&D Administration:

Continuously monitor Performance Management Administration (Objective Setting, Year-End, 360, Continuous Feedback) to ensure timely completion of the performance management process.

Review the Training Need Analysis, compile employee development needs from various identified sources, and compile learning needs as per competencies and levels for selected roles/levels. 


Attraction and Retention

Drive business results through performance improvement, encourage, and reward behavior aligned to company leadership values. Participate in selection activities for senior roles, in collaboration with colleagues in Talent Acquisition, to ensure the right fit for the department and potential for future needs of the company.


Payroll Administration

Maintain employee confidentiality, protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential, secure, and Assist in the set-up of the new company for payroll processing including coordination with the bank.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
  • 5 - 7 years HR Relevant Experience
  • Strong impact and influencing skills
  • Very high level of Communication Skills
  • Strong management, leadership & interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
