Your further responsibilities will include :
1. Contributing to the business strategy by working with the Senior Management and business leaders to identify and build key capabilities (people & organization), leadership, behaviors to execute the strategy
2. Driving the implementation of policies, guidelines, processes, tools, programs, and initiatives along the whole HR value chain (people plan, organizational effectiveness, and design, change and diversity management, employee engagement, learning interventions)
3. Translating and implementing business requirements into solutions and partner with Senior Management to ensure HR service delivery around talent acquisition & management, learning & leadership development, rewards & recognition, performance management, ER, and organization development
4. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
5. Executing of People Strategy
6. Providing Administrative Local Support
7. Managing Payroll systems
8.Participating in the HR Projects as and when required


The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
• A holder of a bachelors degree in business administration or related HR field
• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Previous experience of working in a challenging environment
• Language Proficiency: English, Arabic, French
