YOUR ROLE
Execute and support process migrations, delivery, and improvements based on the global process frames, guidelines and SLAs
Participate in setting-up yearly plan/timeline
Provide recommendations to stakeholders regarding the format, scale & order of questions
Align with stakeholders on the final list of questions
Create an efficient reporting system
Consolidate raw data and create graphs for closed ended questions
Administer and develop surveys on Henkels standard tool
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any relevant study
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
Fluent English speaker
Proficient user of MS Office applications
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
