Job Description


Providing Sales ticketing and General Admin support for Egypt Aviation commercial


Responsible for all Airports daily Sales delivery tickets (DTs) submission on AVIDIAL & local ERP system (SAP).
Creates and submit manual invoices for local billing customers, and proactively review their credit balances with field operations, local customers and finance.
Focus on big key Aviation and Marine customers to exceed BU requirements and future growth strategies.
Processes on Timely manner of Products payments to avoid past dues penalties.
Assists the Aviation and Bunkering sales manager in developing Growth strategies with minimum overtrading penalties at Cairo airport.
Manage the timely reconciliation with ATI, Local customers, MPC, XOM and EGPC and resolve all disagreements.
Responsible of 100% collection efficiency Index, also coordinate with treasury to manage the Local credits efficiently.


Airport Operations Admin support:


Documents control and keeper for all Technical & Operations committees and EGPC meetings minutes. Keep director and Managers abreast of whats needed for upcoming meetings with staff and locations leaders via weekly Aviation calendar review meetings, including the preparation of documents and timely delivery of pre-read documents.
Assist Aviation operations manager in ensuring compliance and regional governance of the processes, programs and systems to optimize the HSEQ compliance of Egypt facilities.
Liaise with locations managers monthly for expenditure tracking and data collection with respect to business plan and CAPEX projects progress on the ground.
Support operations and procurement in following up released orders for vendors, requesting for quotations formalities, and creating purchase orders or contracts templates.
Coordinating with credit, legal and commercial staff to ensure that all contracts for customers/ vendors are up-to-date and has required information as per guidelines.
Initiating Contract process in advance by informing sales staff about the customers whose contract is nearing its terms.


Candidate profile


B.Sc University graduate in Commerce accounting and/ or Diploma in Business Administration, with privilege to experience in customer services consultancy and accounts reconciliation/ dispatching.
Strong planning, Analytical, accounting and bookkeeping skills supported with advanced computer level; Ability to operate computerized accounting (e.g. SAP), spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
2-4 years of Administration support or financial experience in a busy commercial environment.
Strong communication skills (Verbal and written) and effective time management, required both internally with staff and externally with partners, authorities, and customers.
Good Knowledge on finished product marketing and supply chain, particularly Aviation fuels market in Egypt.
Good English Language skills.
