Screen & Collect CVS from different recruitment channels.
Conduct phone interviews and face-to-face interviews when requested.
Conduct placement tests to rate job applicant competencies and assess their suitability.
Arrange and Schedule interviews with the Head of Department & HR Manager.
Send Job Offers to accepted applicants.
Negotiate appropriate salaries with possible job candidates.
Conduct regular Salary Surveys.
Write and update job descriptions regularly.
