YOUR ROLE
Assist in collecting data for delegation/un-delegation from countries
Work on supplier segmentation with countries
Support regional processes (E-catalogues/Invoice Automation)
Support purchasing projects (data collection, preparation of supplier day, preparation of alignment meetings with BU)
Handle local IMS contracts for Egypt
Support admin requests from Global/Regional teams (support in filling/steering RPO support for the files: Payment terms, Spend baseline, delegation, segmentation, delisting, index etc.)
Communicate with regional counter parts to ensure costs are allocated under correct cost centers


Your Skills
Bachelors degree in any discipline. Accounting background is preferred
0-2 years of experience
Fluent English speaker
Good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
Team-working abilities, negotiation & communication skills
