YOUR ROLE
Act as the point of contact for all employees related to personnel administration topics
Responsible for completing all assigned tickets within the guidelines and SLAs (Hiring, Domestic Transfers, Promotions, Salary Increase, Award Payments, Exits, HR Letters, Contract Renewal and End of Probation) while ensuring completeness of the work flow documents and manuals
Handle incoming calls and tickets according to the knowledge acquired during the newcomer, on-job training or through knowledge sharing with other colleagues
Execute internal checks and the regular QKPIs checks
Address all non-standard requests to the Team Lead to ensure that any process/operational gaps are identified




Your Skills
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, preferably in HR
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Fluent English and French speaker
Proficient user of MS Office applications
