Role Purpose


To ensure a smooth payroll process. Job holder will have ownership of processing the current employees salaries into the system in a timely manner.


Key Role Specific Accountabilities


Description of the Accountability
Review and calculate the monthly payroll variables for the real estate, retail and insurance businesses within the group in Egypt
Entry of all monthly payroll variables on SAP.
Create monthly payroll reports (Salary sheets, Bank Sheets, Social Insurance Report, and Taxation Report).
Ensure that the monthly payroll or any further payment for employees is transferred to the respective bank account for the employee through the online bank data base.
Handling cash payments for offline employees within the group.
Prepare and distribute pay slips among all employees within the group.
Calculate the yearly taxation reconciliation.
Ensure compliance and applying of Disciplinary policy after conducting investigations with employees if required.
Responsible for the benefits administration process (medical, travel and life insurance) for all employees within the group in Egypt including the contract renewal negotiations for the medical insurance
Monitor the leaves of all employees and updating it on SAP for the offline employees.
Process the hiring follow-up for all new hires to be included in the payroll
Monitor, follow up and issue contract renewals for IKEA employees.
