Responsibility:


In charge of potential Agency/Talent/Host recruitment to achieve new host target for Hago APP.


In charge of new recruited talents performance/quality


Regular competitor analysis and provide feedback to team in order to improve operations policy and regulations


Develop SOP document for the talent operations assistant


 


Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in any reputable university


Ability to speak in English fluently and idiomatically (Mandarin is plus point)


Experience working in live streaming APP is preferable


Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to a fast-paced environment and able to work independently
