Job Responsibilities:


Monitoring the new contracts on Huawei systems, Follow with the head quarter team.
Send shipping document to billing team.
Create shipment plan and follow up with the plan status through manufacturing, transportation clearance and Inbound/Outbound processes
Create invoices, logistic budget.
Equipment forecast , Typical configuration equipment
Support the project shipment plan and try to eliminate cost and time waste (Lead Time Improvement)
Follow the contracts revenue trigger on system.
 


Job Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in Supply chain field.
Contract fulfillment Basic knowledge.
Good experience using ERP systems or any relevant systems.
Excellent command of excel.
Highly self-motivated and customer centric.
Desire to meet and exceed agreed service levels.
Located in Giza or around areas (preferred)
Telecommunication background (preferred)
