Promotes products within the branch to sell products and meet customer needs
Updates product prices and product specifications to ensure knowledge
Replaces products that have manufacturing defects to ensure a level of service that supports customer satisfaction
Responds to customer inquiries and follows up on solving customer problems in a way that contributes to achieving customer satisfaction
He follows up with the branch supervisor on product promotions and the latest price of the products to support the sales process
The branch supervisor is notified of the necessary orders of products from the warehouses to provide the products in the branch to complete sales transactions
