About the role 

We are seeking a Retail Receptionist with a hospitality background to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone.

What You will Do 

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
  • Manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate sales team efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality setting is required, with a strong understanding of providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to create a positive first impression.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
