Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Call Center Agent. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through phone calls and emails, providing solutions to issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires working in rotational shifts and handling a high volume of calls.
