Job Description

- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintain knowledge of the latest gaming trends and product releases to better assist customers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Document and report recurring customer issues for process improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role.
