We are hiring for a Moderator to work with us at U-turn company. 

Responsibilities

• Responding All inquiries of Social Media platforms 

• Handling Customer inquiries (by chatting or E-mails) 

• Follow up Late orders or complains to achieve customer satifications 

• Collect & save orders from Customer.

• Night shift from 5 Pm to 12 Am + 1 Day off 

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.

experience in customer service, social media, or similar field

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.

Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability

Good in English Language 

Very good speed in writing on keyboard 

Previous experience moderating online forums or social media platforms.

Experience in Retails Field

Having laptop is a must. 

Work from home
