Working hours: Egypt Shift timings – 8:00 am – 5:00pm and 2:00pm – 11:00 pm (1 hour lunch break included) Rotational .

Two days off : Rotational

Preferably Ex vodafone and Ex Sutherland .

Job description :

Responsible for providing answers to customers queries through website and live chat related to Tamaras services.

Answer E-mails and respond to live chats in an efficient manner.

Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues

Giving detailed explanations of services.

will take inbound calls if its needed in peak times

Fluency in English Language, B1 profile

Previous customer service experience or call center experience is a must
