Job Description

  • Answers out coming calls by clarifying desired information location and providing information.
  • Maintains call center database by entering information.
  • Follow up clients calls where necessary.
  • Enter new clients information into system.
  • Take part in supporting sales processes through data collected from clients.
  • Keep an updated database of clients information/inquiries and send it to the concerned department for proper action accordingly.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify clients’ needs clarify information  research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Achieving the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Any other duties related to the job.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience.
  • Communication Skills: very good at interacting with prospective the clients.
  • Organizational Skills: They are able to manage several telephone calls.
  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
  • Ability to communicate in Arabic & English clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Night Shift - Prefer Males
