Basic Requirements:

The person who takes this job needs to be:

1. Organized and punctual.

2. Willing to learn new skills.

3. Flexible in their approach to work and tasks.

4. Good with computers and applications like excel and Microsoft word.

5. Communicates well with collogues and clients.



Duties and responsibilities:

1. Prepare and dispatch orders to clients in an organized and timely manner.

2. Run errands for company when needed.

3. Edit and upload new images on website and update information. Laison with website developer.

4. Preparing monthly sales reports.

5. Maintain product and raw material inventory.

6. Maintain client record and responds to Whatsapp and Instagram messages.

7. Maintain expenses excel sheets and update finance reports with accountant.

8. Write product descriptions.

9. Download and use Mrsool app to arrange deliveries.

10. Daily reports to Line Manager



Needed Skills:



Computer literate: Microsoft Office.

Languages: Speaks and writes English and Arabic.



Working hours/days: Full time - Hybrid Office/Remote.

Probation period: 3 months



Compensation: 5000/month plus transport allowance.
